1. Overview
Right Click IT Support LLC provides technology consulting and support services to small businesses and individuals. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Scope of Services
We offer IT consulting, troubleshooting, custom PC builds, network setup, on-premises server deployment, security configuration, and general technical support. Cloud services and managed IT services are currently not part of our core offerings. VPN support is available upon request but not promoted as a primary service.
3. Service Availability
Support is primarily available after hours, including evenings and weekends. Daytime appointments may be scheduled in advance based on availability. We do not currently offer 24-hour or emergency on-call services.
4. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments can be requested through phone, email, or our contact form. Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit cards, electronic payment, and cash. Cash discounts may be available—please inquire before service.
6. Liability
While we strive to provide accurate and effective solutions, Right Click IT Support LLC is not responsible for any data loss, hardware failure, downtime, or consequential damages resulting from technical issues, misuse, or customer actions. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain backups unless a backup solution is contracted through us.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and treat all client data as confidential. Any access to customer systems, files, or credentials is handled with strict confidentiality and only for the purpose of performing agreed services.
8. Software and Licensing
Clients are responsible for owning or maintaining valid licenses for any software used or installed during support sessions. We do not provide or distribute unlicensed software.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Right Click IT Support LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone in cases of misuse, abusive behavior, or any situation where safety.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
